A boutique Executive Coaching service focused on developing high-potential leaders. I work with a limited number of clients, and leverage 36+ years as a professional in finance, as well as extensive coaching experience to produce unique coaching solutions.

My practice is primarily focused on senior managers, but also intentionally includes younger executives who are navigating the early to mid-stages of their careers.
COACHING leaders WITHIN organizationS
Executive Coaching incorporates the organization’s needs and an examination of the individual executive’s strengths and potential development areas to produce a set of tangible goals as well as a plan to achieve progress towards those objectives.
While each coaching engagement is unique, my approach is modeled after a methodology developed over 35 years that has been proven to create lasting change in individual behavior. Typically, this involves significant stakeholder input, one-on-one coaching sessions, and customized learnings and strategies,
for 4-9 months.
coachinG INDIVIDUALs
For clients not sponsored by their company, I offer Coaching to help individuals navigate professional and/or personal challenges at any stage of their life/career.
Working together, we use a similar methodology to that described herein to assess strengths and values, establish goals, determine a plan to achieve those goals, and develop tools to help ensure lasting change once the coaching engagement concludes.

As mentioned above, I am dedicated to helping the next generation of leaders by bringing the benefits of coaching to younger and mid-level executives.
WHY COACHING?
I left a successful career on Wall Street to become a Coach because:

Coaching works. Coaching helps people make positive changes in line with their strengths and values. I have felt and seen the transformational power of a coach both as a client and as a coach.

Change is accelerating. Our global society was in the midst of major shifts prior to the pandemic. Today, individuals and organizations face unprecedented challenges, but also opportunities to shape the future of the workplace.

My Purpose. I want to use my professional experience and coach training to help people with professional and personal challenges and to help them develop into the best version of themselves.
My approach emphasizes the whole individual, steeped in the Hudson Institute’s approach to coaching developed over the past 35 years.
